Scaccomatto is a motorized luxury Chess Table and is a fine example of Italian craftsmanship. It can be use in different ways, thanks to its pop up mechanism. The rising mechanism is powered by a lithium battery directly rechargeable from home electricity; the movement is managed by a button placed under the top, or an optional remote control.
In the inside space of Chess Table, are located chess, checkers and backgammon sets. The chessboard is elegantly inlaid with ebony and mother-of-pearl and covered with tempered glass. All chess pieces, made of turned and anodized aluminum, are exclusively designed by Vismara. As optional to Scaccomatto Chess Table there is a sophisticated and functional tray, designed and inlaid as a Backgammon board.
The uniqueness of this luxury Chess Table is the great versatility that permits to use it as coffee table or as game table.
